Chickpea Chowder w Lemon & Olive Oil

- Can of chickpeas (rinsed)
- ¼ onion
- 1 ½ or 2 cups of stock (veg or chicken)
- clove of garlic
- dash of your fav hot sauce
- ½ a lemon
People generally cut their ingredients, cook them, then blend them smooth. Not us. Were gonna do it in reverse.
In a blender throw all your ingredients, minus the ½ lemon. Blend until silky smooth (60 seconds approx.). You may want to add more stock depending on the thickness you prefer. Heat up in pot. Season w salt/pepper. Garnish with zest and squeeze of lemon, olive oil.
