Lamb Kofta w Spiced Yoghurt

A super tasty journey for your guests tastes buds in under 15mins…

*Pre-heat oven to 450.
- 1 pd of minced Lamb
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 Tbsp of cumin
- Sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup torn fresh mint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Crushed chilli oil
- Salt/pepper

To make this Lamb Kofta recipe, simply pulse the onion and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped, then add your lamb, cumin, salt/pepper to the food processor for a few seconds until combined. Roll into balls. Healthy splash of olive oil in a pan and fry until golden on the outside then toss into your oven for 5/7 mins. Don’t cook the crap out of these tender little lovelies.

Smear 0% fat Greek yoghurt on your plate, sliced cucumber and drizzle with crushed chilli oil (or your favourite chilli oil/sauce) & fresh mint.
