Roasted Fruit w Honey, Thyme, Greek Yoghurt & Walnuts
A ZERO compromise, gorgeous garden based guilt-free, no crap dessert.
* Pre-heat oven to 400.
- Cut up your favourite in-season fruits (stone fruits work best)
- Drizzle fruit w honey & fresh thyme
- Roast for 30/40 mins @ 400
- Garnish w thinly sliced basil (trust me, it WORKS), Greek yogurt & walnuts. I used a "0% fat Greek Yoghurt w Honey.
