Sun dried Tomato & Feta Hummus

A luxuriously rich spin on a classic, this sundried tomato hummus is perfect on crisped pita or as my girls do, dip n' lick it off ya fingers.
- 3 cups of tinned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup of sun dried tomatoes
- 150 grams of feta
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 1/2 cups of olive oil
- Tsp of your fave hot sauce (to taste)

 In a food processor combine the above ingredients. Add a little salt and pepper at at time, pulse, then check your seasoning. 

Some prefer a silky texture, some a chunky, either’s perfectly fine. If consistency is a little thick add a tiny splash of water until it loosens up.

Garnish with a splash of olive oil, crushed chili flakes and a dusting of cumin. Dip until your little heart is content.
